If you already know one of our Members then you should ask them to bring you along to our Friendship Club and introduce you to the Volunteer in charge on that day.  We are open on Mondays and Thursdays from 10am to 4pm.  If you do not know a current Member then the best approach is to call our office, between 10am and 4pm on Mondays, on 020 8742 7007.  You can then make an appointment to visit and be shown round.
